CITY HALL — THE BODY of the late former NY Congressmember Charlie Rangel will lie in state at City Hall in Lower Manhattan from Wednesday until his funeral on Friday at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Gothamist reported on Tuesday, June 10.
Rangel, a Korean War veteran who would have turned 95 on June 11, died on Memorial Day.
