(WRGB) — Governor Hochul marked a significant milestone in the redevelopment of Belmont Park, celebrating the placement of the final beam at the new facility. According to a release, the project, a collaboration between New York State and the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA), aims to transform the park into a world-class racing and entertainment destination in Elmont.
