Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce marks 15 years supporting Black-owned businesses

The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC) is marking over 15 years of service to African American-owned businesses in New York State. The organization, which serves Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Kings Counties, has become the largest African American chamber in the state.

Over the past decade and a half, LIAACC has been recognized for its efforts at both the local and national levels. It was named a finalist for National Chamber of the Year by the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) and received recognition as USBC Spoke of the Month for its organizational leadership.

LIAACC has provided workshops, procurement access initiatives, networking opportunities, entrepreneurial training, and mentorship programs aimed at supporting business growth.
