MORROW COUNTY, Ohio — A New York man is dead after being hit by a vehicle on Interstate 71 in Morrow County on Friday morning, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers were called to an area of I-71 North in Harmony Township around 1:40 a.m.
