N.Y. weather: Latest February outlook reveals emerging temperature trend — not good news for early spring hopes

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — It’s no secret that it’s been a particularly cold January in New York City.

While some temporary relief may melt some snow next week, Old Man Winter still has plenty of cold weather left in the tank for February.
