$815K in Nassau, $675K in Suffolk
Home prices on Long Island continue to go nowhere but up, according to the latest data from the New York State Association of REALTORSⓇ (NYSAR).
According to the organization, the median sales price in Nassau County went up 6.0% in January to $815,000. That is up from the previous January, when it was $769,000. In Suffolk, the price went up 4.7% to $675,000 from $645,000 in January 2025.
