NEW YORK (PIX11) — A Hazardous Travel Advisory is being issued as a blizzard is expected to hit New York City on Sunday, bringing heavy snow and strong winds.
New York officials warned that the city and Long Island could see over 18 inches of snow between Sunday and Monday.
