NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Get ready to take in all the excitement and action of the FIFA World Cup in New York and New Jersey, possibly while sipping on drinks as you pound the pavements.
A proposed New York State Assembly bill is aiming to temporarily ease alcohol regulations in the NYC area and allow public drinking in fanzones, or established “entertainment zones” during the World Cup.
