STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A ghost gun dealer who did business on Staten Island has been tied to a firearm used in at least eight shootings in New Jersey, according to a press conference held Tuesday by local and federal law enforcement officials.
Ghost guns are untraceable firearms assembled from kits or 3D-printed parts.
