A man who called police to report a break-in ended up behind bars.
Apex Police said the man called 911 around 12:30 a.m. Monday, but was unable to give his address, so officers began searching homes in the neighborhood around the 200 block of Sunflower Road.
Sounds of gunshots led officers to the townhome of the man they said made the original call…
