New developments in an ABC11 Troubleshooter investigation involving a Wake County woman accused of fraudulently transferring ownership of a multimillion-dollar Raleigh home into her name.
Dawn Mangum appeared in court on Thursday before Judge Collins at the Wake County Courthouse, where the judge ordered her to undergo a forensic evaluation.
