Holly Springs, NC, May 29, 2026 — During next Tuesday’s (6/2/26) Town Council meeting, Holly Springs leaders are expected to approve a $139 million budget that keeps the town’s property tax rate unchanged while increasing utility, stormwater, and sanitation charges for residents.
The Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget (document) is the centerpiece of the meeting and reflects the town’s continued focus on managing growth, expanding infrastructure, and improving transportation options. The proposed spending plan also includes funding for 19 new full-time positions and increased investment in capital projects throughout the community.
