Breaking Brett Jensen discusses the chaotic Fourth of July celebrations in Charlotte and Raleigh. He notes that in Charlotte, according to a CMPD news release, authorities arrested 19 teenagers and cited or arrested eight parents. He also highlights a preventive measure enacted by CMPD for previous juvenile offenders. Additionally, he says Raleigh experienced significantly more violence and disorder involving teenagers over the holiday weekend.
