Concerned residents of Wake County met at a Raleigh Church this week to express reservations and skepticism in regard to the proposed ‘strategic partnership’ between WakeMed and Atrium Health.
The Wake County Board of Commissioners in May placed a 90-day pause on taking any action on the plan. The board’s next scheduled meeting is Aug. 17.
