Raleigh Police are investigating after a drive-by shooting in downtown on Monday night.
Officers responded just after 8:45 p.m. to Fayetteville Street and found a man with a gunshot wound.
Police said the victim was standing in front of the YMCA when a gray SUV pulled up, and someone opened fire. He was shot in the ankle and is expected to recover.
