National dessert chain opens first Cary location in MacGregor Village

National dessert chain, Insomnia Cookies, will host their newest location’s grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 29 at their 107 Edinburgh South Dr location in MacGregor Village.

The $350 million-dollar company has headquarters in Philadelphia. The late-night treat magnate is expanding their North Carolina presence with its 17th in-state location. The site marks the first of the brand to open in Cary and sixth location in the Triangle, joining Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham.

Insomnia Cookies offers a wide dessert menu featuring cookies and brownies made into cakes, ice cream sandwiches and vegan varieties. Customers can get their midnight cravings delivered to their door online when purchasing.
