RALEIGH — Carolyn Marie Best, 51, of Raleigh was arrested in Wake County on Wednesday, Aug. 26, and charged with one count of accessory after the fact in the death of 54-year-old Khisa Hhalille Williams, according to the Wilson Police Department. She was placed in the Wake County Jail under no bond.
The Wilson Police Department obtained a warrant on Carolyn Best on Aug. 20.
