RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson is asking a judge to order a wedding photography company to turn over customers’ photos and videos and pay more than $1.7 million in restitution and civil penalties.
Jackson filed a motion for default judgment Wednesday, September 2 against Holly Christina Photography and its owners, Holly Christina Scott Ayscue and Christopher Owen Ayscue.
