Former Police Officer Charged After Infant Suffers Multiple Broken Bones

ARCHER LODGE, N.C. – A former police officer is being held under a $2.5 million bond after Johnston County sheriff’s detectives charged him with two felony child abuse offenses involving a 6-month-old infant.

Adrian Torres Jr. of Archer Lodge was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with two counts of intentional child abuse causing serious physical injury.
