ANGIER, N.C. – A narcotics investigation that began in August led Johnston County sheriff’s investigators to a home in western Johnston County, where two people were charged.
Agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant Sept. 23 at a residence on Skyline Drive, off White Memorial Church Road near Angier.
Sheriff’s officials said the search uncovered approximately 75 grams of a counterfeit controlled substance made to resemble cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia.
Kevin Donte Morris, 36, of Holly Springs, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held without bond pending his first court appearance…
