FoodeesFest Brings 40+ Food Trucks to North Raleigh

More than 40 gourmet food trucks, along with craft and artisan vendors, are set to roll into the parking lot near Macy’s and the Commons at Triangle Town Center for a three-day run starting Friday, October 30. FoodeesFest, the touring food truck and craft festival, is bringing its food and craft vendors to North Raleigh, and admission is free for the entire weekend.

The event runs Friday from 1 to 9 pm, Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, according to CBS17.com. Attendees can expect savory dishes, sweet treats, and beverages from local restaurants and artisans, with the festival billed as an outing for food lovers and families of all ages. Tricia Croft, owner of Foodees, LLC, said the event “celebrates Raleigh’s culinary diversity and creative spirit” and welcomes everyone for food, crafts and fun, per the same report.

Festival organizers note that the seasonal Truck OR Treat programming is layered onto the usual food truck lineup, pairing Halloween-weekend activities with the craft and artisan vendor village, according to Eventeny. The Raleigh stop’s specific footprint — the parking lot area near Macy’s and the Commons — is laid out on the mall’s own event page from Triangle Town Center. Attendees can register for free tickets online ahead of the weekend.
