DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – The Durham Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who officers said robbed a bank late Tuesday morning. Officers responded at around 11:52 a.m. to a report of a bank robbery on the 2000 block of N.C. 54. The suspect entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money, before taking an undisclosed amount of money and running away from the scene, Durham police said.
