RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A driver was arrested after police said he drove a stolen SUV across the grounds of the North Carolina State Capitol in Raleigh on Thursday afternoon. Police said this occurred just before 3 p.m. on Capitol grounds. CBS 17 obtained scanner traffic of the incident.
