RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Raleigh police are investigating after they said a man was assaulted in the parking lot of a shopping center off of Capital Boulevard Monday morning. At 9:18 a.m., officers said they were called to a shopping center on the 3100 block of Capital Blvd. in reference to an assault.
