Raleigh puts up new signal at crash-ridden intersection

RALEIGH, N.C.(WNCN) – Engineers have installed a new traffic signal at a crash-ridden intersection just south of downtown Raleigh. A new traffic signal is at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and South Saunders Street. The city said the intersection has seen some bad crashes before the signal was installed, making it dangerous to turn onto Prospect Avenue.
