RALEIGH, N.C. (WRAL) – A family in Raleigh, North Carolina, adopted a brown boxer mix from the Wake County Animal Center in January 2023. Several months later, Jack the dog got loose and ended up back where he started – at the shelter. Although the dog was chipped, he’s now with a family in Virginia.
