RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – The Wake County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened Sunday morning in North Raleigh. At 5:30 a.m., the sheriff’s office was notified that a man arrived at the hospital in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound. The sheriff’s office learned that the shooting happened in the 9800 block of Honeycutt Road, near Durant Road in North Raleigh.
