RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – North Carolina officials issued an alert Tuesday night for a teenager who was missing from Franklin County and was possibly on her way to Wake County. Jamya Diana Terrell Allen, 15, of Louisburg, was the subject of a Missing Endangered Alert for about an hour Tuesday night, according to the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.
