LEWISTON (WGME) — A North Carolina woman wanted on charges including intent to kill has been found in Lewiston, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. U.S. Marshals say 19-year-old Alyalia Chaibounmingkhouan of Raleigh, North Carolina, was wanted by authorities since November 7, 2023, for a warrant issued out of North Carolina for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
