RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A man from Apex was arrested Sunday after he was caught with an AR-15 rifle on the North Carolina State University campus, according to police. The arrest by N.C. State University Police came after the gun was found in a vehicle outside a dorm on campus, according to an arrest warrant.
