RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – Jean Bryant left her friend’s home on Thursday afternoon to find her parked car damaged. A neighbor’s camera showed a car hitting hers and driving off. When she called to report the hit-and-run, she said she never expected it would take police six hours to show up.
