WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WNCN) – Wake Forest town officials warned drivers for about two hours Sunday afternoon that traffic signals on U.S. 1/Capital Boulevard were out. Due to traffic signal outages, Wake Forest Police officers were directing traffic at intersections, according to a news release just after 4 p.m. Sunday.
