DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – The Durham mother of a 2-year-old girl who died in a drive-by shooting is asking the killer to come forward. The gunfire that hit three people rang out nearly three weeks ago at an apartment complex on East Cornwallis Road. The victim’s mother was also grazed in the head with a bullet.
