According to the CBS 17, the Raleigh Police Department received reports of the shooting just after 3:30 p.m. in the area of Garner Road at Bragg Street. Officers responded to a chaotic scene unfolding near the Barber Kingz barbershop, with multiple police vehicles quickly brought to bear on the location at 1130 Garner Road.
