RALEIGH, N.C. (WBTV) – Senator JD Vance will deliver remarks in Raleigh on Wednesday afternoon. The Republican vice-presidential candidate was expected to speak around 3 p.m. on Sept. 18. He will do so on the first floor of Union Hall, which is located along West Martin Street near Highway 401.
