CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) – Deputies have identified a motorcyclist who died after crashing into a car last week in Charleston. Carl David Simpkins II, 37, of Raleigh, North Carolina, died Friday, Oct. 11 following a wreck along Kanawha Boulevard East, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
