RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – A crash is snarling up the morning commute for some traveling the beltline on Friday. Two of three westbound lanes of I-440 near exit 11 for US-1 are closed, backing up traffic for a little over a mile as of 9:13 a.m. There is no word on if there were any injuries in the wreck and how many vehicles were involved.
