Clear skies and chilly temps tonight; warm and sunny to start next week

Sunday evening will be in the 60s under mostly sunny skies. It will look like a great sunset as we settle in for a mostly clear overnight. You’ll also be able to give the AC a break tonight as temps drop into the low 50s before midnight, slowly down into the low 40s Monday morning.

Monday starts chilly for the morning commute, but it won’t last long. As we get closer to the afternoon timeframe, temps will warm up quite extensively – middle 70s for the lowlands and upper 60s across the mountains. It’s also an easy start to the new week with Monday seeing mostly sunny skies.

Tuesday morning is again chilly in the middle 40s but nothing too extreme for this time of the year. A southerly breeze will assist with temps as they climb into the middle 70s for the lowlands and upper 60s for the mountains. High pressure isn’t going anywhere as we maintain a dry and sunny look throughout the day.

Wednesday starts with a sunny morning so be mindful of the sun glares on the way to work. We’ll maintain sunshine into the afternoon, as temps reach the middle 70s, but we’ll see a cold front cross during the overnight. For those hoping for rain chances, this will not be it. The best places to see any rain, if any, during the overnight will be across the mountains. The rest of everybody else will see just partly cloudy skies Wednesday night.
