A serious injury was reported following a head-on collision on Interstate 40 near Durham, involving a wayward car and a truck. The Durham police stated that the accident occurred shortly before 1 a.m. when a white Toyota RAV4, headed in the wrong direction on Interstate 40 West, clashed with a FedEx truck.
