According to a Spectrum News article, the first event occurred around 8:45 p.m. near Wendell Falls Parkway and Eagle Rock Road. A mere 30 minutes later, a second driver experienced a similar attack while navigating Interstate 540 near Buffaloe Road, as stated by the same report.
