Outdoor enthusiasts in Raleigh will need to momentarily reroute their plans as a section of the Walnut Creek Greenway Trail has been closed off to the public. The trail, which weaves through the city offering urban connections to natural landscapes, is experiencing a temporary shutdown between mile markers 2.25 and 2.50 due to structural damage that was recently identified.
