RALEIGH, N.C. (WCIV) – A Raleigh man has been arrested in connection to a mid-December assault on King Street, according to the Charleston Police Department. 32-year-old Joseph Michael Whitehurst was arrested in North Carolina by the U.S. Marshals Task Force and was charged for allegedly attacking two men with a knife, police said.
