RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Shaniya Dunston is still in disbelief her mother, 38-year-old Alana Enoicy, is no longer here.
“She is a very kind-hearted,” Dunston said. “Heart of gold from inside and out. No matter what circumstances she’s going through, she will smile in your face.”
Raleigh police said Enoicy was shot in her apartment on Cantwell Court on March 27.
