Driver crashes, fights officer after 105+ mph chase in North Carolina, police say

WILSON’S MILLS, N.C. (WNCN) — A police officer in a Johnston County town had to subdue a suspect who fought him after a chase ended in a crash Saturday night, police said.

The incident was reported around 9:25 p.m. in Wilson’s Mills along U.S. 70 at Swift Creek Road, according to the Wilson’s Mills Police Department.
