Durham Police Charge 19 in Street Takeover, Seek Public’s Help to Identify Remaining Suspects

DURHAM, NC — The Durham Police Department has charged nineteen individuals in connection with a street takeover incident that shook multiple locations across the city on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Police are also seeking the public’s assistance to identify several additional individuals caught in photos related to the illegal event.

Individuals Charged

The following individuals were charged with “Street Takeover” offenses:

  • Daniel Alexander Valladares, 18, Durham, NC
  • Dylan James Miller, 19, Youngsville, NC
  • Alexander Plumb, 19, Virginia Beach, VA
  • Santiago Rojas Bermudez, 19, Morrisville, NC
  • Jake Brian Roblero, 19, Raleigh, NC
  • Justin Isaiah Barham, 18, Cary, NC
  • Kamren Alizyah Hord, 18, Kings Mountain, NC
  • Daniel Adonay Guevara Machado, 18, Durham, NC
  • Issac Guillen-Banegas, 19, Durham, NC
  • Roger David Canadas Mendoza, 18, Durham, NC
  • Adrian Jesus Hebreo Ramirez, 22, High Point, NC
  • Derek Rene Olmos-Rosales, 24, Durham, NC
  • Edwin Gonzalez Lopez, 22, Pineville, NC
  • Erick Alexander Rodriguez, 25, Williamsburg, VA
  • Christopher David Cotto Semidey, 20, Raleigh, NC

Additionally, three juveniles (ages 17) were also charged with Street Takeover offenses:

  • Male Juvenile, 17, Durham, NC
  • Male Juvenile, 17, Hillsborough, NC
  • Female Juvenile, 17, Durham, NC

Additional Charges

One individual faces an additional driving violation:

  • Pedro Davalos Jr, 22, Durham, NC
  • Street Takeover
  • Driving While License Revoked
