PRINCETON, N.C. (WNCN) — A major presence of emergency services and school officials surrounded a crash Wednesday afternoon in Johnston County involving a school bus with students on board and a white SUV.
Minutes after school dismissed at Princeton Elementary on Holts Pond Road, the driver of a white SUV crashed into bus #157.
Among the students were 5th grader Peyton Brafford and his sister Avalyn, who is in kindergarten.
“It looked like the SUV was speeding,” Peyton said. “It hit the middle of the bus.”…
