CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) — After a flash flood warning and torrential rains from the remnants of Tropical Depression Chantal, Chapel Hill areas were flooded on Sunday night.
In a flash flood warning just after 8 p.m. Sunday, the National Weather Service said 6 inches of rain had fallen in areas of Chapel Hill.
