Mother Nature and outdoor shows have really been doing battle here in Raleigh, NC. Some wicked lightning that accompanied a downpour of rain caused the 311 show on June 25, 2025 to be delayed, but it eventually happened. What we didn’t know until they had hit the stage was that Badflower never even got to soundcheck. Lead singer Josh Katz let us know that a few songs into their set. Soundcheck or not, these guys knew what they came to do. What a great set; a little short but still great. Their new album No Place Like Home had just came out a few days before this show, so that’s what we heard the most of. The band also leaned heavily on their debut OK, I’m Sick.
