Man shot after refusing to give person ride in his car in Raleigh: police

One person was taken to the hospital after police said he was shot by a person asking for a ride in his car.

Raleigh police said the incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Keeter Center Drive. When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the abdomen.
