Two arrests have been made in connection with the fatal shooting of a juvenile in Wake County. Devonte Gary, 32, surrendered at the Nash County Detention Facility Monday, facing charges related to the conspiracy to sell and deliver the same controlled substance.
The incident occurred on July 9 near the intersection of Knightdale Boulevard and Hodge Road. Found with a fatal gunshot wound, the juvenile passed away the following day, as stated by the Wake County Sheriff’s Office. The victim was later identified as Jakai Robinson by the same authorities, according to a warrant filed by the office and reported by CBS17.
